Surplus Earnings Loss Test

The Surplus Earnings Loss Test is a diagnostic and financial structure assessment tool to help us, and you, determine whether the Alliance's research-based capital accumulation or capital distribution structures can benefit you. This test estimates potential losses of earnings to income taxes using assumptions derived from Alliance Research and the information you provide. It is intended for general diagnostic and illustrative purposes only. Estimate your monthly, after-tax lifestyle costs for food, clothing, entertainment, car expense, mortgage payments or rent, educational costs for children, etc. and perform the suggested calculations.
